Join Massachusetts State Representative Jack Patrick Lewis on February 4 at 4:00 p.m., as he reveals which dinosaur will be put forth in a bill proposing an official state dinosaur.
Attendees will learn more about two dinosaurs discovered in Massachusetts, Podokesaurus holyokensis and Anchisaurus polyzelus, from Prof. Mark McMenamin of Mt. Holyoke College and Alfred Venne of Amherst College’s Beneski Museum. Rep. Lewis will also share the next steps in the process of a bill becoming law.
